Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before booking.
How often should I clean my chimney?
The National Fire Protection Association recommends having your chimney inspected and cleaned at least once a year. If you use your fireplace frequently, twice a year is ideal.
How long does a chimney cleaning take?
A standard chimney cleaning takes between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on the condition of the chimney. Air duct cleaning typically takes 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home.
Is dryer vent cleaning really necessary?
Yes. Clogged dryer vents are one of the leading causes of house fires in the US. If your dryer takes more than one cycle to dry clothes, or feels hot to the touch, your vent likely needs cleaning.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. In most cases we can schedule same-day or next-day service. Call or text us at (858) 215-1112 and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.
Are you insured?
Yes, Chimney Go is fully insured. You can have complete peace of mind knowing your home is protected during every service we perform.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Murrieta, Carlsbad, Fallbrook, Temecula, Menifee, Vista, Oceanside, San Marcos, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Valley Center and surrounding areas in San Diego and Riverside County. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give us a call and we will let you know.
